That can irreversibly effect the ethylene receptor,block the normal combination with ethylene and restrain a series of guided physiology biochemistry reaction. Extension the storage time of fruits and vegetables to 50200.Compared to the traditional ethylene inhibitor of STS, 2,5norbornadiene and AVG, 1MCP has the advantages of nontoxic, low quantity and high efficiency.
